Energy efficiency in the commercial sector

By installing the latest generation energy efficient Daikin R410a inverter heat-pump air conditioning systems, you could reduce you running cost by as much as 60% in comparison with conventional systems using phased out environmentally damaging refrigerants. They are also quieter, smaller, aesthetically pleasing and offer a higher degree of temperature control.

Our government to encourage the use of energy efficient equipment compiled the Energy Technology List; any equipment included in this list qualifies for the Enhanced Capital Allowance Scheme. This means that your business can claim a 100% first year tax allowance against the full cost of installation and equipment. This allowance is given on the remaining balance the next year and so on, after ten years the allowance would have been claimed on approximately 95% of the expenditure. Just consider with energy costs spiralling seemingly out of control the potential saving to your business in energy costs over this period . . . www.eca.gov.uk
